met my sueping darling at jurong point for dinner after work yesterday. did some catching up with her and told her some angry stuffs and we came to some conclusions about them, crazy and mindless people.
and then after dinner, we started to go to my favourite shoe shop to hunt for my cny shoes and i bought a pair of bling bling white flats. i saw a really gorgeous grey high heels with unique heart-shaped heel which i so much wanna buy! i kept bugging sueping to tell me should i buy or not and in the end after trying it on, looking into the mirror, i decided not to cus the heel is so high and i seldom got the chance to wear heels unless there's special occasion or something. so i gave it up. and oh, i'll be like 170cm tall with that heels on my feet lor. HAHA. so tall right. LOL. anyway, i like shopping with sueping cus im really very fussy and indecisive at times when it comes to shopping so i'll keep asking my partner for opinions and even thou she already gave my her opinions, i'll still keep asking for opinions again. LOL. some people might just say im so troublesome but sueping didnt make any complains leh. :) but all in all, i love shopping with all my girls cus they all make really good shopping companions! :D
after shoes, we went on to search for lingerie. okay, i didnt manage to get any in the end cus i dont like their designs at all. okay, but well, im more or less done with my cny shopping already. :)
anyway, work matters are really getting complicated and im so busy everyday helping my boss out with her stuffs and all. been counting money and doing accounts for her till my brains gonna explode lor. anyway, she treats me really good. she got to know some of my personal issues going on now and she even told me if in anytime i feel stressed up or need a break i can apply leave from her thou we're not entitled to any leave lor. she's the best boss one can ever meet seriously.
and i received some good news from her this afternoon. apparently, there's some open house thing going on on 30th morning and all our schools' supervisors are supposed to attend it but my supervisor cant make it and the principal chose me to represent our school cus i look confident, pleasant and presentable compared to other teachers. haha. the second happy news is she said the management is considering to sponsor me for my studies this year. well, its a happy thing but i somehow dont feel that happy cus i dont wanna be bonded by them. but well, let's just see how things go first.
and oh! did i mention that im gonna have a new found bestie? LOL. actually she's a new teacher who just joined us this week. she's like a year younger than me and a fresh graduate from school. boss wants me to mentor her which is kinda impossible cus we're stationed at different sides. we both have classes to take in the morning and i cant really help her much actually but well, boss wants me to have lunch with her if possible cus of some work issues going on and she's afraid that she'll get influenced by other teachers and quit. LOL.
to sum it up, i think my career is starting to get on track now but i gotta remind myself never to take things for granted. :)
oh anyway, this evening when im on my way home, i went to 7-11 to settle my handphone bill and guess what happened? this indian cashier started talking to me.
*IM - indian man
IM: you chinese? you celebrate chinese new year?
J: oh yes, i do.
IM: then do you wanna get this and this and this, *pointing to those food under promotion*
J: no, no thanks. haha.
IM: buy lar.. now got promotion you know. very nice one.
*he kept bugging me to buy for the next few seconds*
J: my mom will buy those things i dont buy it. haha.
IM: OH. HAHAHA.
*then he proceeds on to settle my bill for me*
after all was done, he stopped me from going off and handed me a pen.
IM: please write your number down.
J: HUH? WHY?
IM: oh so that if there's any problem with your bill, the company can call you to check.
J: are you sure? last time i always paid my bills here and the cashiers never ask me to leave my number down.
IM: yeah, its a new rule. WRITE!
J: its okay, i dont think i wanna write down.
IM: really.. its a new rule, please write now.
J: its okay.
and i went off. WTH? LOL. is he trying to take my number or what? if its so, its really so ridiculous lar. and whats worse was he's an indian. OMG. in just 1week alone, there's 3 guys including this indian asking me for my number. whats going on man? LOL.
