meanwhile, let me blog about my wednesday shopping trip with yvette lao jie.
grandma and 3rd aunt made an impromptu visit early in the morning. i got woken up by them. they had lunch at my place, chit-chatted with me and left by 2pm. thus, i got myself ready to meet yvette at town.
we shopped around cus i need to get christmas present for baby. yvette bought 4 sets of lingerie, all thanks to my good recommendation. hahas. actually, its buy 3 get 1 free, so that explains why its 4 in total. and oh, we're so not-auntie lors. cus its wednesday, the bring-your-own-shopping-bag day. obviously we didnt and we had to pay 10cents for plastic bags to put our stuffs. so i said, no more shoppings on wednesdays! LOL.
after shopping, we had dinner at sakae sushi cus of yvette's craving for japanese food. :) had a good time catching up with her, talked about everything and anything under the sun.
went to the borders after dinner cus i asked her for some good recommendations that i could buy. walked around, browsed around and we both bought the same book, 'my best friend's girl'. it was love at first sight for me so i bought it. its still early after borders so we decided to go over to TCC for a cup of nice drink. on our way there, we cam-whored in the middle of the passageway.
reached TCC, we both ordered a cup of drink each and started our chit-chatting cum cam-whoring session again.
home sweet home after TCC. its really nice and relaxing to chill with your close friends or loved ones in a comfortable coffeehouse, doing nothing, admiring the street scenery and the people on the streets and just chit-chat all night long with a nice cup of drink. :)
